Families of Flight 3407 Victims Back in Court

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Family members of flight 3407 crash victims headed back to court Wednesday afternoon.

They're working toward settlements for their lawsuit against Colgan Air, it's parent company Pinnacle Air, and Continental Airlines.

The mediation process is ongoing for about 10 families. 30 other families already settled lawsuits.

The 2009 crash in Clarence Center killed 50 people.
