North Tonawanda, N.Y. (WKBW) - There is a whole lot of fun going on in Bunny Bunches Daycare in North Tonawanda.

"This program Movin' and Groovin' is for them to work cooperatively with other children, get some fitness jumping around," Owner and Instructor Tracy Gibas said.

Jumping around is something they do a lot.

They also learn how to follow directions and improving their fine motor skills.

"It allows them to be loud crazy and be themselves. Not get in trouble yet have a structured environment," Gibas said.

Student Logan Baranich and her little brother love the program.

"I like to dance and get crazy," Baranich said.

Gibas used to be a kindergarten teacher. She used her education experience to develop this program. She now visits daycare centers, schools and homes to pass on her passion to stay fit and healthy.

"When I left the classroom I took the kindergarten classroom and curriculum and I modified it to fit a 20 month to six year olds. They all can do a kindergarten curriculum," Gibas said.

Teacher Cori Raybon said it's not only helping their body stay strong but also developing their mind.

"If they are doing something outside of school that keeps them engaged it will help them to do better in school. Starting it at a young age is a good idea," Raybon said.

As for the kids, they are having a great time with some "undercover" fitness. At the end of the 45 minute workout they all get stamps. The little ones also had one thing to say when they were done.

"We love Movin' and Groovin'," all the kids said.
