Firefighter Suffers Minor Injury Battling East Side Blaze

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - A Buffalo firefighter suffered some minor injuries while battling an early morning blaze on the city's east side Thursday.

The fire caused $75,000 in damage to the house at 93 Clarence Avenue in the Kensington/Bailey area, and spread to two neighboring houses. The home at 89 Clarence suffered $50,000 in exposure damage and $30,000 in damage to the contents of the home, while the house at 95 Clarence suffered $30,000 in damage to the structure and $10,000 in damage to its contents.

Fire investigators are looking in to the cause of the fire.
