WEST SENECA, NY (WKBW) -- Ron Tebo wanted just one thing from the man who allegedly molested him as a child 40 years ago.

An apology.

"I've always wanted to look at the molester in the face and I've always wanted to approach him -- and ask him why," said Tebo, 47.

"He owes me answers. He still owes me answers. And that's my therapy. My therapy is exposing this monster for what he is," he said.

Tebo was just 6-years-old when he and his younger sister were molested by a 15-year-old neighbor nicknamed "Butch."

It took three years for Tebo to locate Butch.

When he found Butch last month, Tebo confronted him, videotaped their conversation and posted the video on YouTube.

Tebo: "Did you molest my other sister at all?"
Butch: "I don't know. Like I said, I don't know."
Tebo: "You remember molesting my sister and me?"
Butch: "I don't remember which one."
Tebo: "And you molested me too."
Butch: "I'm truly sorry."

Since the statute of limitations expired years ago, Butch cannot be charged with a crime, but Tebo says he still has the satisfaction of haunting Butch the way he has been haunted his entire life.

"Getting the confession is my justice. Showing his face that's my justice. That's the justice that I'm bringing to my sister," Tebo said.
