Buffalo police have arrested an individual in connection with the fatal accident that occurred on Saturday morning, February 5th on the Kensington Expressway.
Just after Noon Tuesday, the Buffalo Police Accident Investigation Unit arrested 20 year old Brigid E. Walsh of Buffalo and charged her with Vehicular Manslaughter and DWI.
Investigators say the incident occurred about 1:30am on February 5th, in the east bound lanes of the 33 near Best Street.
Police believe four people were in the vehicle at the time of the apparent one car, roll-over accident.
One of the passengers, 18 year old Erika Hoerner of Cheektowaga was declared dead at the scene, after investigators say she was apparently ejected from the vehicle at some point.
Two other passengers suffered injuries.
19 year old Christopher Caito of Buffalo was taken to ECMC where he was treated and released.
19 year old Brittney Miller of Buffalo, was treated and released from ECMC.
The driver, Brigid Walsh of Buffalo, was also treated and released from ECMC.
