ORCHARD PARK, NY (WKBW)- The new year has already brought a lot of changes to the Buffalo Bills organization.

Tuesday, CEO Russ Brandon announced that Ralph Wilson has promoted him to become the new President of the team and given him 'full authority over the entire organization's operations.' Monday, Head Coach Chan Gailey was let go from the team. General Manager Buddy Nix will remain with the organization in his current title.

"I believe we need to change the organization from the top to the bottom," said Bills Fan John Gallagher.

"I respect Ralph Wilson's decision to cease operations and essentially pass the torch to whoever is the best man in line. I think Buffalo needs a new young exciting coach," said Bills Fan Maura Goud.
