It was a scary sight captured on video today at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

Officials for the Buffalo Bills say during the second quarter of the Bills/Jets game a fan fell from the 300 level to the 200 level before landing on another fan.

Stadium crews and emergency personnel responded to the incident, treating the both individuals at the stadium before they were taken to local hospitals for further observation.

The Erie County Sheriff's Office told Eyewitness news it appears neither of the individuals are facing life-threatening injuries.

On Monday, President and CEO, Russ Brandon released this statement:

"The irresponsible behavior that occurred at yesterday's game by the fan who fell from the upper deck is a violation of our Fan Code of Conduct and cannot, and will not, be tolerated. This individual will not be permitted back into Ralph Wilson Stadium."

Tonight, Channel 7's John Borsa looks at the legal ramifications that could come from the fan falling from the upper deck.
