You are probably feeling well rested after getting an extra hour of sleep this weekend for the end of Daylight Saving Time. Sleep experts say this is a good time to start a new sleep routine that will help you get the rest your body needs.

"This should be considered a very important lifestyle change as it is going to impact your daytime functioning, your mood, your energy levels and how you feel

Doctors say you need to make a commitment to getting more sleep in order for
your new routine to become routine. Watch the story to find out how to make falling asleep a lot easier.
