ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) - The man who slid down a handrail in the 300 level before falling onto a fan in the 200 level at Ralph Wilson Stadium three weeks ago is expected to appear in court Tuesday.

28-year-old Robert Hopkins was charged with Assault and Reckless Endangerment after he fell from the 300 level during the Bills-Jets game on November 17th.

The victim's attorney says his client suffered short-term memory loss and cannot recall much about the incident.

Since the incident, Hopkins was fired from his job as Interactive Art Director at Eric Mower and Associates in Buffalo.

The Buffalo Bills have also barred Hopkins from the stadium for life.

Hopkins will appear in Orchard Park Town Court at 4 p.m.
