BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - When the voting polls close tonight at 9 P.M> and the ballots are counted, our political expert Bob Davis says we should know who winner is.
"I think we will know tonight - - unless it is really tight and then we won't know until absentee ballots are counted. I think Romeny will run very strong in this congressional district it is going to help Chris Collins and it is all about turnout," said Davis.
