BROOKLYN, N.Y (WKBW) - A downstate lawmaker accused of sexual harassment is expected to resign Monday.
Two young staffers accuse assemblyman Vito Lopez of Brooklyn of harassing them for years.
Two recent reports detailed accusations of the harassment of several women on his staff. However, neither report shows proof of the crime.
Lopez has been a part of Brooklyn's Democratic majority since 1984. He denies harassing the women but informed leaders on Saturday he will be resigning.
