Depew Woman Indicted On Five Charges Including Felony DWI

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - An Erie County grand Jury has indicted 43 year-old Antoinette Short of Depew, for Feloniously Aggravated DWI, Feloniously DWI, Circumvention of Ignition Interlock Device, Failure to Drive on the right side of the road and possession of alcohol in vehicle.

May 27th, 2012 it is alleged that in Orchard Park, Short was found operating a vehicle with a BAC of .34%. Ten days earlier she was convicted for DWI and the court ordered that her car be installed with a ignition interlock device.

At the time of her May 27th arrest, Short drove her car without the device and with an open Vodka bottle in the vehicle.

If convicted of these crimes Short can face up to four years in prison. Short will be arraigned July, 27th 2012.
