WESTFIELD, NY (WKBW) - A car drifted off the snow covered Route 394 and hit two utility workers on the side of the road.
49-year-old Billy Johnson, who lived in Ohio, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other man sent to the hospital.
58-year-old Trudy Williams of Clymer was driving the car.
So far no charges have been filed.
