BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Officials have charged a Buffalo man with animal cruelty charges after SPCA agents removed two dogs from his property. One dog was found deceased.
Erie County SPCA officials say the homeowner called to have the dogs picked-up for potential adoption. One dog died shortly after agents arrived, while a second was found with no shelter in the hot sun. A third dog was also confiscated from the home.
The dogs' owner, Thadeus Garner, has been charged with animal cruelty.
