Buffalo, NY (WKBW) - The Dyngus Day celebration will be a chance for U.S. Chuck Schumer to announce his plans to increase travel from Poland to America.
Schumer will be discussing new legislation called the Jobs Originated through Launching Travel (JOLT) Act.
The JOLT Act is designed to cut out the red tape for business and leisure travel by making Poland eligible for a Visa waiver program.
Schumer will make the announcement at three in the afternoon Monday at the parade.
Governor Cuomo was supposed to speak at the University of Buffalo today but postponed early Monday morning due to weather conditions.
