Court Overturns Attempted Prostitution Conviction for Woman in Sex-For-World Series Tickets Case

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, a 45-year-old Pennsylvania woman who was convicted of trying to trade sex for Philadelphia Phillies World Series tickets in 2009 had her attempted prostitution conviction overturned on Tuesday by the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

The woman was found guilty by a jury of a misdemeanor charge of attempted prostitution in 2010 after placing an online ad looking for Phillies World Series tickets, according to the Inquirer.
