BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - An East Bethany man pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography in a Buffalo courtroom Wednesday morning.
U.S. Attorney William Hochul announced today that 48-year-old Jerald Kicinski pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography.
Attorneys say between December of 2010 and December of 2011, Kicinski received child pornography on his computer at his residence. The images had been transmitted via the Internet.
Kicinski was previously convicted of Sexual Abuse back in 1990, and again in 2002. Both convictions involved minors.
The charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison, a maximum of 40 years, a fine of $250,000, or both.
No sentencing date has been scheduled.
