After abruptly cancelling the remainder of his planned community forums, State Education Commissioner John King announced Friday, that he has rescheduled those meetings.

The forums are designed to talk about the state of education including the new Common Core standards.

The meetings are designed to be smaller and will be moderated by the city's respective state legislators.

Twelve forums are planned over the next six-weeks including one in Amherst and Jamestown, although the dates have not been released.
