A federal judge ruled Friday that baseball great Roger Clemens will face retrial on perjury charges, according to a story in USA Today.
Clemens' first trial in July ended in a mistrial after prosecutors introduced banned evidence. Clemens' new trial is set for April, according to the story. The federal government contends Clemens lied to investigators about using performance enhancing drugs during a hearing by a congressional panel.
