GREENHURST, N.Y. (WKBW) - A Greenhurst man was arrested Sunday morning for reportedly trashing a bar.

State Police and Ellicott Police responded to a bar in Greenhurst for a report of a disorderly subject. Investigation revealed that 21-year-old Donald Paulson became unruly when the bartender refused to serve him due to his intoxication level.

According to police, as Paulson left the bar, he struck the door, causing damage to the window frame. Once outside, he picked up a large planter urn and threw it through the front four foot by eight foot window. The planter urn landed in close proximity of bar patrons, and although some were struck by the exploding glass, no injuries were reported.

Paulson was arrested for Felony Criminal Mischief, two counts of Criminal Mischief, two counts of Reckless Endangerment, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after a bag containing seven grams of marijuana was located in his possession while being searched.

Paulson was processed, arraigned in the Town of Ellery Court, and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
