A Massachusetts cat that was born with two faces turned 12 earlier this month, netting a spot in the 2012 Guinness World Records as the longest-living Janus cat, according to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette.

The cat, named Frank and Louie, has two mouths, two noses and two normal eyes, with a non-functioning eye in the middle, according to the report. Janus cats are extremely rare and typically only live a few days, according to the story.
