TOWN OF DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WKBW) - A two-car accident in the Town of Dunkirk injured two people Tuesday morning.
According to Chautauqua County Sheriffs, 70-year-old Larry Wollert of Dunkirk was driving south on Route 60 when he lost consciousness due to a medical condition.
Wollert veered into the other lane and struck a vehicle driven by 53-year-old Kim Robbins of Fredonia.
Wollert's vehicle continued through St. Mary's Cemetery before coming to a stop, striking several tombstones.
Both Wollert and Robbins were taken to Brooks Memorial Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
