Can Potatoes Help Lower Blood Pressure?

According to a story in USA Today, a small study shows that two servings of potatoes a day, when cooked correctly, may help lower blood pressure without causing weight gain.

The study, which took place at the University of Scranton (Pa.), studied 18 people who ate a serving of small purple potatoes twice a day for a month, and found that their blood pressures dropped.
