NIAGARA FALLS, NY (WKBW) - Local attorney Paul Cambria is now representing Seneca Businessman Eric White and his wife Kristina.

The couple is connected to a fight that erupted inside the Seneca Niagara Casino February 10th following a benefit gala. Senator Mark Grisanti claims he and his wife, Maria, were attacked after he tried to stop an argument between two men near a lobby bar. Other eyewitnesses have called Grisanti the aggressor. Cambria would not go into detail about what his clients claim happened that night, but said the couple wanted to press charges against the Grisanti's the following day, but nothing happened.

"My clients told the police the next day they wanted him arrested and they were told the detectives would be handling it," said Cambria. "The question now is, whether there should be charges either way."

No criminal charges in this incident have been filed yet, but the Grisanti's said in a statement they are moving forward with legal action against Maria Grisanti's alleged attackers.

"If my clients want to press charges they should be able to and if Grisanti wants to press charges he should be able to," said Cambria. "On the other hand if this all gets aired out, and the feeling is to chalk it up to an unfortunate incident, then that's fine too, but it shouldn't be one sided."
