Bullies and Cyber-Bullies are becoming a national problem. That's why the National Federation for Just Communities organized a special youth leadership conference. Forty middle school students from six Western New York schools took part. The conference was held at Temple Beth Zion in Buffalo.
Students heard from experts, including one from the FBI, and worked in teams to come up with 'action-plans' to deal with bullies. Organizers hope the student leaders will take what they learn back to their schools and encourage victims to "reach out" for help.
