Busy Morning For Buffalo Firefighters

BUFFALO, NY ( WKBW ) Three fires are under investigation in the City Of Buffalo, after three fires broke out in the morning hours.

Fire crews rescued a man from 214 Ludington Street after a fire tore through the house Monday morning.

The victim is being treated at Millard Fillmore Gates Hospital for smoke inhalation. There is no word yet on the condition of the victim.

Two firefighters also suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Three people safely got out of a house fire at 367 Military near Hertel Monday morning. A blaze broke out on the second floor of the home and quickly spread to the attic.

Firefighters assessed $50,000 damage to the structure, and $25,000 to the contents at this fire.

Buffalo Fire officials are also investigating an overnight fire at a vacant house on Benzinger Street in Buffalo.

Crews were called to a heavy fire in the rear of the house around midnight at that location.
