BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Some new businesses have opened along the Western New York's waterfront, just in time for the thousands of customers heading to the water for the holiday weekend.

The two newest waterfront eateries, Woody's Beach Bar and Taqueria and Clinton's Dish officially opened this weekend to the large crowd.

"Whether you're coming to Woody's or hitting up the beach or going on your boat, you've got to get out to the water and enjoy Buffalo, and this is just another spot along the way where you can come and experience something a little different," said Tucker Curtin, owner of Woody's at Woodlawn Beach, which was recently taken over by Hamburg from the state.

Clinton's Dish is serving patrons along Canalside in Buffalo's Inner Harbor downtown.
