Buffalo -Superintendent of Buffalo Schools is hard at work on finalizing the details on a plan that would allow a university to take over two high schools.

The plan which was passed by an 8 to 1 vote last Wednesday at a special meeting will allow Johns Hopkins University to take over the educational aspects of the school and allow students to take technical and career programs through BOCES.

Superintendent Pamela Brown is expected to release a rough draft of the plan tomorrow before submitting the finalized version to the state by the August 12 deadline.
