BUFFALO, NY - With the NHL's regular season under a week away, Dish Network customers are searching for a way to watch upcoming Buffalo Sabres games.
An agreement between MSG Networks and Dish Network expired at midnight on October 1st. The two sides were hoping to come to an agreement before Friday's deadline but failed to do so. With no agreement, Dish Network pulled the plug on MSG Network meaning no Sabres hockey.
MSG says Dish Network was not prepared to negotiate a fair market agreement.
MSG carries 72 of the teams 82 games including the teams opener on Friday October 8 verse Ottawa.
This disagreement does not affect customer who have DirecTV or cable.
