BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - The Ivan Reitman-directed film Draft Day, starring Kevin Costner, will no longer film in Buffalo, according to the local film commission.

Instead, the movie about a football general manager trying to turn his team around will be set in Cleveland.

The Buffalo Bills, which were preparing to let the production team shoot at Ralph Wilson Stadium, will be substituted by the Cleveland Browns.

"I feel the worst for the Buffalo Bills because they really pulled out all the stops and really wanted to have this film there and were fully prepared to cooperate," said Tim Clark, who heads the Buffalo Niagara Film Commission.

Clark said producers switched the film from Buffalo to Cleveland because Ohio offers better tax incentives than New York State.
