Buffalo PD Make Arrest Related to Germaine Street SWAT Incident

**UPDATE**

Buffalo police have arrested 27 year old Michael Cohen of the Germaine Street address and charged him with violating probation and domestic assault. Police say the investigation continues and additional arrests are possible.

Buffalo, N.Y. (WKBW) - Buffalo Police and SWAT responded to a Germaine Street call Sunday night.

Police say the incident began just after 4:30 p.m. and ended without incident at 8:50 p.m. as officers were in pursuit of a warrant suspect.

Police were alerted to the possibility that there may be weapons in the house where the suspect fled to. Buffalo SWAT was eventually called to the scene and just before 9 p.m., where three individuals were taken into custody.

Buffalo police say a number of weapons were recovered including an AK-47 and a shotgun.
