A Buffalo man has been indicted for Second Degree Murder, Attempted Murder, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon after a double-shooting in January.
21-year-old Laquann Morgan allegedly shot two males in a parked car at the corner of Dodge and Wohlers in Buffalo on January 8, 2012.
One of the victims, 25-year-old Adrian Huggins, was shot multiple times in the head and body and later died eleven days later.
The driver of the vehicle was shot twice and survived.
If convicted, Morgan faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
