BUFFALO, NY (WKBW-TV) - "I let her out on Saturday around 1-1:30," said Buffalo resident Mark Korney who's dog has been missing since the weekend.

That was the last time he's seen his 7-month-old terrier Diamond. A puppy he says is playful and full of life.

"She loves attacking the hose like when you're squirting the hose she'll attack the water and everything," Korney says.

He said he notified police but they weren't much help saying the dog could have jumped the fence. However, he has a feeling someone opened the gate and let her roam free.

"I've been posting fliers in the neighborhood," said Korney. "I've been contacting whatever other means I could about reaching out."

Korney has been through a rough patch losing a dog to kidney cancer in may and says he can't lose another one in the same year.

"she's all I really have right now..." Korney said.

Diamond is described as a white terrier with a brindle eye patch, about 35-40 pounds and was last seen wearing a bright pink collar. Korney says he just wants her home.
"Put her inside the gate or ring the doorbell and put it on a leash out front or something or call either way."
