Buffalo, N.Y. (WKBW) Buffalo Board of Education member, Carl Paladino and his motion to dismiss Barbara Nevergold as president was shot down at their last board meeting on October 23rd.
But Paladino isn't giving up, in fact he's even filed an appeal with the State Education Department.
And at the next board meeting set for November 13th, has it on the agenda to try for her dismissal again.
A resolution submitted by board member John Licatta to fund her legal defense of the appeal with the state, if passed would mean tax payers will foot the bill.
In the petition to the State Education Department, Paladino cited many reasons he thinks Nevergold should be dismissed, including what he believes was an inability to conduct a meeting with decorum, alleging she allowed members of the crowd to verbally attack him.
