Per 13WHAM Rochester:
A body has been found at Oak Orchard River Road and Clark Mill Road in Carlton, according to Orleans County Sheriff's.
Around 7 a.m., a motorist noticed a body laying on the nort side of the road and called 911. Upon arrival, police found the body and identified it as a woman in her mid 50's.
The woman's injuries appear to be caused by blunt force trauma.
Police are treating this as a suspicious death at this time and have one person in custody.
