BUFFALO, NY - Buffalo Bills receiver Paul Hubbard was arrested on Sunday morning and charged with DWI.
Buffalo police say the 26-year-old's vehicle struck a Buffalo police officer in the vicinity of Chippewa and Pearl Street. The alleged incident happened at approximately 4am.
The officer was taken to ECMC where he was treated and released.
Hubbard spent time on the Bills practice squad and active roster last season. He played in the season finale and made one catch.
A team spokesman tells Eyewitness Sports: "We are aware of the report and in the process of gathering all the facts. We are unable to speak to Paul at this time due to the lockout situation that all NFL teams are currently in."
