ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW Release) - The Buffalo Bills today announced that RB Tashard Choice has signed a contract extension with the team.

Choice has appeared in 73 games (four starts) and recorded 1,409 rushing yards on 326 carries with 10 touchdowns and added 76 catches for 559 yards in his NFL career. He produced a season-high 91 yards on 21 carries in the team’s 24-14 win at Cleveland in Week Three in 2012.

On The John Murphy Show, Choice commented on his signing. “You have to work," said Choice. "First thing is always how you work, how you compete in practice and also how you do in games. The guys in the locker room, we have a lot of great guys and a lot of great talent in the locker room. They respect people that come in and work. They know why I am there. They know I will try to get guys to stay on track for what we want to do—which is to win. We want to win, have fun with each other and be cool with all our teammates. That is what I do. I like that. I have good camaraderie with all of my teammates and I am all about football. I am not one of those guys that just likes the lifestyle of doing things. I am all about football and winning. I am coming back just to do that. Just to help the guys out and be the best I can be.”

In accordance with team policy, terms of the deals were not disclosed.
