ORCHARD PARK, NY (WKBW) - The Buffalo Bills announced Tuesday that Pro Bowl defensive tackle Kyle Williams has been placed on Injured Reserve, effectively ending his season.

The team also announced that they have signed kicker Dave Rayner to replace the injured Rian Lindell.

Rayner has played in 52 career games since entering the NFL in 2005 as a sixth-round (202nd overall) draft choice of Indianapolis. The 6-2, 215-pound Michigan State product has connected on 55-of-75 field goal tries along with 64-of-65 extra point attempts for 229 points while adding 18 touchbacks on 239 kickoffs. Rayner spent time on the rosters of Green Bay (2006), Kansas City (2007), San Diego (2007), Cincinnati (2008), Detroit (2010) and Oakland (2011). He will wear No. 3.

The team also announced that offensive tackle Ed Wang has been waived from Injured Reserve. Wang was placed on IR back on September 4.
