(WKBW.com) The bad news. The Bills struggled through a disappointing 24-10 preseason loss in Denver on Saturday night. The good news. There were no serious injuries.

Bills Head Coach Chan Gailey said following the game that RB Johnny White was cleared at a Denver hospital, and that the rookie would travel home with the team. White was taken off the field on a stretcher in the third quarter after being slammed to the ground by Broncos LB Mario Haggan.

Also leaving the game were WR Donald Jones, LB Arthur Moats ( bruised leg) and WR Naaman Roosevelt.

Overall it was a tough night for the Bills in Denver. The Buffalo offense struggled to get much of anything going. The unit produced only three points on four series against the Broncos. The offensive line had a difficult time protecting QB Ryan Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick faced pressure for most of the night, he was sacked once, and finished 6-of-16 passing for 44 yards an an interception.

QB Tyler Thigpen hit WR Felton Huggins for the Bills only touchdown. Huggins hauled in a 13 yard pass in the 4th quarter. Thigpen finished 11-20 for 118 yards and the score.

RB Willis McGahee scored two touchdowns for the Broncos. Kyle Orton completed 10-of-13 passes for 135 yards and a touchdown.

The highlight for the Bills defense was another sack for DT Marcell Dareus. Dareus fought off a double team to haul down Orton in the first quarter.

The Bills (0-2) return home for "Kids Day" at Ralph Wilson Stadium Saturday August 27th against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
