SOUTH BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Student athletes in South Buffalo now have a chance to feel like the pros do.

A $200,000 donation from the Buffalo Bills brought turf field to Mulroy Park, worth a total of $1.2 million.

Community leaders say it's about time their high school football and lacrosse teams get the chance to play on turf.

Over the past decade, the Bills helped to build turf fields in Buffalo's Riverside neighborhood, Orchard Park, and Lackawanna.
