GOWANDA, NY (WKBW) State Police arrested 36-year-old Gerald Redford on Wednesday, after stopping him on his bicycle.
Troopers say they stopped Redford for questioning in an unrelated incident, but decided to perform a search when Redford appeared to be impaired.
The search uncovered a plastic bag containing more than 70 Oxycodone pills.
Redford was arraigned in Collins Town Court on the following charges: 3rd Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, and 3rd Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell. Both are felony charges.
Redford was taken to Erie County Holding Center on $1500 bail. He is due back in court at the end of the month.
