HAMBURG, NY ( WKBW ) Hamburg native Tony Bellissimo has certainly made a name for himself.

He is a professional dancer who recently toured with international pop star Rhianna on her "Loud Tour 2011." He was also featured in the hit movie "Step Up 4," and has hosted dance workshops across the country.

Even though Tony is based in Los Angeles now, he had a special homecoming this holiday season at the dance school where it all began for him - the Future Dance Academy on Camp Road in Hamburg.

Tony held a workshop there for excited dancers of all ages.

They paid $10 dollars each to cover the class, with all proceeds going to the Bornhava Pre-School. Bornhava is an educational institution for children with special needs located in Amherst.

Bellissimo has a special place in his heart for Bornhava, seeing that his nephew Matthew is a student there.

Bellissimo also told Eyewitness News that he has a busy schedule, but never too busy to enjoy a homecoming visit. Bellissimo's parents own the Wee-Folk Daycare Center in the Southtowns. Dad David was in attendance Tuesday at the dance workshop, and is not shy about expressing how proud he is of the accomplishments of his son.
