Williamsville, N.Y. (WKBW) - Attention Parent across the area.
Bella Kids Consignment Events of Western New York and Buffalo has everything baby and kid you can want, with a twist.
"It's an opportunity for local families to come in a shop for everything they need, from baby equipment to clothing to room décor. They can find it at knock out prices, 60 to 80 percent retail," Bella Kids Founder Kristi Mora said.
Mora said you could find big-ticket items like strollers to clothes and everything in between. The event is a consignment sale people can benefit in other ways.
"It's an opportunity for local families to de-clutter and get rid of items filling up their closets and dressers and they get to make a lot of extra money on those things without hosting a garage sale," Mora said.
Kelly Styles-Longo is a consignor but also a volunteer with the shop. She said buying for her three children could get pretty pricey.
"My children grow out of clothes very rapidly and some of the clothes still have the tags on before they are able to wear them. Bella Kids gives me the opportunity to sell clothing, get money back. I'm happy, the people who buy the clothes are happy. All around it's a win-win," Longo said.
Mora said people will be lined up out the door to get first dibs at these discounted items. All weekend long they will have specials.
"First 50 shoppers at 10 am will receive freebees from family businesses. On Saturday there will be vender day when local businesses will be here offering their brand of service," Mora said.
When all is said and done on Sunday there will be a 50 percent off sale but what is left will be donated to a good cause.
"It will go to St. Gianna's Pregnancy Outreach Center. It helps 400 expecting moms and their families," Mora said.
The event runs Friday at 10 a.m. to Sunday at the Premiere Plaza on Transit Road in Williamsville.
