BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Twenty-one year old Justin Boykin died early Friday morning, after someone shot him outside the Sunoco gas station on Niagara Street. So far police have not made any arrests and Boykin's girlfriend is asking the killer to do the right thing.

"I just don't understand how...why would somebody want to take his life." Alicia Pennick is left with a lot of why did someone murder her boyfriend. Police say 21 year old Justin Boykin and another man were shot in the parking lot of a gas station on Niagara Street in Buffalo. It happened just before 4 AM Friday.

"Everybody liked him. He was cool. He was a family person. He always wanted to be around his family and he loved his sister, his mom, his dad, his kids...everybody." Pennmick said. She has a message for her boyfriend's killer, "I just want who ever did just either turn himself good for the family. Which I know they probably won't. If anybody has anything...any tips ...any cars...any clothes...anything that they can bring to help find the person who killed my boyfriend."

Pennick is now left to raise the five month old daughter she had with herself, "That's all he would probably want us to do now, is stay strong...stick together and find out who did it to him. So, that way we can have closure of the case."

The other victim of the shooting is 29 year old Aaron Adams of Buffalo. He is still listed in critical condition at Erie County Medical Center.
