Baseball great Roger Clemens was acquitted Monday of charges that he lied to Congress about using performance enhancing drugs.

Clemens was facing one count of obstructing Congress, two counts of perjury and three counts of making false statements. This was Clemens' second trial on the charges. The first ended in a mistrial.
