Barry Larkin Elected To Baseball Hall of Fame

The National Baseball Hall of Fame will have a new member.

According to a post on the website of the Baseball Writers' Association of America announced Monday that former Cincinnati Reds shortstop was elected to the Hall of Fame.

Larkin, who played 19 seasons for the Reds, received 86.4 percent of the vote in his third year of eligibility, according to the BBWAA.
