Wyoming County, N.Y. (WKBW) The temperatures weren't cold enough to keep newborn baby, Jaelyn Grace Kish from waiting for her mom's due date.

While mom Caitlyn Kish and grandma Cynthia May were on their way to Wyoming County Hospital, baby couldn't wait any longer and was born in the backseat of grandma's car.

It happened along Route 78 in the Town of Gainsville on Tuesday shortly after 6 a.m.

That's when they called 911 and Livingston County 911 Dispatcher, Matt Synder guided them through the process.

The subzero temperatures caused the baby some trouble. She was brought to the hospital with a temperature of only 93 degrees but doctors and nurses were soon able to get her back to a healthy 98 degrees.

The baby was not due for almost another two weeks.
