KENMORE, N.Y. (WKBW) - Kenmore police say an arrest has been made in the homicide of Malone's owner James Cottone.

19-year-old Antonio Martin Brown was arrested and charged with second degree murder in connection to Cottone's death.

Cottone was found dead of apparent blunt force trauma at 21 Landers Road on May 19th. Neighbors say Cottone moved to the neighborhood a few years ago. About a year later, he bought Malone's Bar & Grill.

Details, means, and motives of the crime are not being discussed at this time.

Brown was arraigned in Kenmore Village Court this morning and was sent to the Erie County Holding Center without bail.
