AMHERST, N.Y. (WKBW) The suspect responsible for the assault and robbery of an Amherst woman remains at large three days after the incident.
The victim reported she was attacked while walking home on Callodine Avenue at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 22. According to police, the victim was approached from behind by a male suspect. The suspect punched her in the face and stole her cell phone.
Police say the victim was taken to Sisters Hospital for treatment. She suffered swelling and cuts around her right eye.
