Amazon introduced its challenger to the iPad on Wednesday, unveiling the Kindle Fire tablet at an event in New York, according to USA Today.
According to the report, the Kindle Fire will go on sale on Nov. 15 at a retail price of $199. It will feature a seven-inch screen and run on Google's Android operating system.
"Premium products at non-premium prices," Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos said, according to the report.
